Leadership Lab 2019
At the Haniel Leadership Lab, Thomas Schmidt swore in the top 100 of the Haniel Group to the upcoming changes: In future, Haniel will invest exclusively in sustainable business models and the existing business units must develop in this direction – along the three main pillars People, Planet, Progress. „To achieve our goals, we need a common culture; a common language.“ This is defined via the Haniel Operating Way (HOW), which is now to be introduced step by step at all levels of the Haniel Group. Accordingly, the second day of HLL was completely dedicated to HOW.
